The International Society for the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (ISSOTL) will hold its first virtual event from February 24 to February 26, 2021. This event focuses on highlighting the work of scholars, graduate students, and other relevant educational associations around the globe.
We are proud to announce to our Capilano student and staff community, that the Student Digital Ambassadors program was officially selected to be part of this exclusive online event. We will participate with a 15-minute video presentation in which the Student Digital Ambassadors share how the SDA program came to be during the pandemic, how it evolved from a simple help-desk position to the different ways in which the program currently supports students, and what we can expect in the “new normality”.
Capilano’s SDA video presentation will be available on ISSOTL’s YouTube channel on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 9:00 AM (PST), as part of the North American “SoTL Partnerships” category of the virtual event.
