On the left side of Teams, click Teams, at the bottom of the teams list, click Join or create a team, and then click Create a new team. Once you’ve created the team, invite people to join.

My microphone is not working, How do I check if it’s connected properly?

Go back to the homepage and click the Settings Icon on the upper right corner of the screen. Go to Audio and select the microphone that you are using. You can also test your speaker before or during a call. 

Zoom is not allowing me to record, How can I record my meeting?

You need to ask permission from the meeting host before you can record. Once the host allows you to record, you can record the meeting. Another reason is that you probably don’t have enough space in your computer. Before recording a meeting, make sure that you have space in your storage. 

How can I test my camera if it’s working?

Go to the settings icon on the upper right corner of the homepage screen. Then click video. You can select which camera you want to use and you can also test it before or during a meeting.
